By integrating Whole Exome Sequencing (WES), Whole Transcriptome Sequencing (WTS) and whole-blood analysis (for true CHIP identification) into a single platform, the enhanced Caris Assure assay provides a more complete molecular profile from a single blood draw, delivering deeper insights to help guide precision oncology decisions.

Designed to address longstanding limitations of traditional liquid biopsy approaches, enhanced Caris Assure incorporates multiple improvements to its comprehensive DNA and RNA analysis combined with whole-blood testing to help distinguish tumor-derived alterations from clonal hematopoiesis and incidental germline findings. The enhanced version of Caris Assure includes validation that tumor fraction correlates with risk of progression and treatment efficacy in patients who receive repeated testing, and results are categorized into molecular response, intermediate, or molecular progression for patients with multiple tests while on treatment. This additional capability creates the opportunity to use Caris Assure to understand how patients are benefiting from their treatment plan.
