Junevity, a biotechnology company on a mission to extend lifespan and healthspan, and Amorepacific Corporation, a global beauty and wellness company, today announced a collaboration to develop next-generation cosmetics designed to rejuvenate skin. In conjunction with the partnership, Amorepacific has made a strategic investment in Junevity through Amorepacific Ventures, its corporate venture arm, with a separate licensing agreement for cosmetic field applications.

Under the collaboration, Junevity will apply its RESET Platform to discover novel skin-aging pathways for cosmetics, pairing its target-discovery engine with Amorepacific’s deep expertise in skin biology, cosmetic development and commercialization. RESET uses human disease omics, genetic linkages and ML/AI to identify novel transcription factor targets. The companies will work to discover and validate pathways suitable for cosmetic applications intended to reset and rejuvenate skin gene networks toward a healthier state. Following target discovery and validation, Amorepacific will lead the development and commercialization of cosmetic products arising from the collaboration, while Junevity will continue to advance therapeutic applications of its platform.

In a peer-reviewed study published in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS) in January 2026, Sengstack and colleagues showed that modulating individual transcription factors can reverse hallmarks of cellular aging, including in models of human fibroblast aging — a cell type central to skin structure and repair.
