Hoffman brings more than 25 years of information technology leadership, primarily in financial services. His career includes roles at Cowen (now TD Cowen), Ramius, the London Stock Exchange, CardWorks and Merrick Bank, as well as supporting hedge funds. He has led enterprise platform implementations, streamlined workflows across operations teams, and automated business processes in complex, regulated environments.
